Q: Can I request a timed delivery or have a parcel delivered at the weekend?

A: All of our pricing includes a 2 Day delivery service within the UK Mainland, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). A next day, timed or Saturday morning delivery is available for an extra delivery surcharge and can be selected at the basket stage. Orders for delivery next day need to be placed before 12 noon. Q: Will you always deliver on the date requested?

A: During the Christmas period we will attempt to deliver on the date requested. However, due to the large demand for our service at this time of year we may opt to deliver prior to the date requested so that any problems can be remedied before Christmas Day. Over the remainder of the year we will do everything in our power to deliver on the day requested.

Q: Do you deliver any of your products to the USA?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods outwith the EU. This is due to strict custom restraints on Alcohol and Food items.

Q: I am worried about entering my credit card details online. Is it secure?

Q: I would like to order a hamper but I do not have a credit card. Can I make payment using a cheque?

A: Full payment is required before your order can be despatched. We do accept cheques, however, we need to receive the cheque 5 days prior to the despatch of goods to allow time for the cheque to clear.

Q: I want to cancel my order. What do I need to do?

Q: Does the "delivery required by" field on the order sheet mean it will be delivered ON that day or BY that day? As I would like a delivery on a specific date, is that where I enter it? Sorry if that sounds obvious, I just wanted to make sure. Thanks
